- Usage data — feature usage counts (e.g., humanizer uses per day) to enforce rate limits and display remaining uses.
- Subscription status — whether your account is free or Pro, and associated Stripe identifiers.
We do not collect your real name, phone number, physical address, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.
2. AI Humanizer — Anthropic (Claude API)
When you use the AI Humanizer, the text you submit is sent to Anthropic via their Claude API for rewriting. We do not store the text you submit or the rewritten output on our servers. Anthropic's use of that data is governed by their own privacy policy and API terms of service.
3. Text-to-Speech — Amazon Polly
When you use the Read Aloud feature, the text is sent to Amazon Polly (an AWS service) to generate audio. We do not store the text or the generated audio on our servers. AWS's handling of that data is governed by the AWS Privacy Policy.
4. Payments — Stripe
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe provides us with a customer ID and subscription ID so we can manage your Pro status. All billing data is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We use only the cookies strictly necessary for the site to function (Django session cookie for authentication). We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking technologies.
6. Data Retention
Your account data (username, email, usage counts, subscription status) is retained for as long as your account exists. If you want your account and all associated data deleted, contact us and we will remove it within 30 days.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared only with the third-party services described above (Anthropic, AWS, Stripe) solely to provide the features you use.
8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
brainrot-antislop.com is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are under 13, do not create an account or use our services. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
